Refund and Cancellation Policy
The International Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Incremental Innovation (IJFAII) maintains a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and clarity for contributing authors. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances, as outlined below. Authors requesting cancellation after making a payment are advised to review the following terms carefully.

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date the refund request is officially acknowledged and approved by the editorial office.

Mode of Refund
All refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or to the account details provided by the author at the time of the refund request. The journal is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect bank/payment details provided by the author.

Cancellation and Refund Procedure

Request for Cancellation After Payment
If the payment made by the author does not include Fast Track Publication, the following conditions will apply:

1. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Payment: Authors who submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a 30% deduction from the total publication fee, along with any applicable transaction charges.
2. Cancellation After Five (5) Days or Post-Publication: No refund will be granted if the cancellation request is made after five (5) days from the date of payment or after the article has been published online, whichever occurs earlier.

Important Note
The International Journal of Fisheries and Aquatic Incremental Innovation reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy. These guidelines are in place to ensure a balanced and ethical process for both authors and the editorial team.
